Center

It would be very difficult to see Mason Cole give up the center position after he was the one consistent last year on the Cardinals offensive line.  However A.Q. Shipley returns from his torn ACL.

Cole is the assumed starter but Shipley could push enough if he is able to make a full return from the 2018 training camp injury.  The Cardinals signed him to a new contract soon after the injury happened, so they believe he still has something to show them.

Camp could change that but again, that’s why camp is held.  Shipley would still be a huge veteran presence as a backup if he can’t beat out Cole for the starting job.

When he first came to the Cardinals a few seasons ago, many at that time would not believe Shipley would still be here competing, especially after a torn ACL injury.  However Shipley has played well for the Cardinals.  Let’s hope for a good camp competition here.
